Please describe your sleep:
I often have trouble falling asleep and sleep fitfully through the night.
If stress disturbs my sleep, I usually wake up between 12 AM- 3 AM and have trouble getting back to sleep.
Sleep is usually not a problem for me, but I can feel tired, dull and heavy even after sleeping enough hours.
