I understand and agree that:

My Ageless Brain 7 Keys to Staying Sharp, Live Online Course (MAB7KOC) is an educational program for my information and learning only.
I understand that all materials and knowledge, including audios, videos and written materials are copyrighted by Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf and may not be reproduced, replayed (outside of my private viewing) or distributed without the written consent of Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf.
I will not become a patient of Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf as a result of this program. No doctor-patient relationship is implied or created by my participation in this program.
Undergoing any medical testing described in this program is my personal choice and responsibility and not a prescription by Dr. Lonsdorf. I take full responsibility for all consequences, including but not limited to, physical, medical and psychological, of any testing that I undergo arising out of or relating to this program. Undergoing medical testing is not necessary for participation in this educational program about brain health.
If I have a medical condition or take prescribed medications, I will consult with my personal physician before making any changes in diet, lifestyle or supplements that are mentioned in this program.
Dr. Lonsdorf has not examined me or made any recommendations based on my particular condition. As a result, Dr. Lonsdorf is not prescribing or recommending that I take a ny supplements, herbs, foods, or spices, or make any dietary changes or other lifestyle modifications mentioned in this program and any recommendations are for general educational purposes only. Making changes in diet or lifestyle is not a requirement for participating in this educational program.
I take full responsibility for all consequences, including but not limited to physical, medical and psychological, resulting from any dietary or lifestyle modifications I may choose to adopt during or as a result of this program. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the maximimum liability of dr. Lonsdorf arising out of or relating to the program and Dr. Lonsdorf’s recommendations is payment of an amount equal to two times (200% of) the program fee.
Dr. Lonsdorf is available to answer questions only during the monthlyMAB7KOC Town Hall Chat meetings online. In addition, her office staff is unable to provide support for participant questions that arise during theMAB7KOC.
I understand this program carries a 2 full weeks money-back guarantee (from time of purchase to check out the course, minus a 7% credit card processing fee) from the date that I register and purchase it. Refunds will be processed through the same method as payment was made unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the program will be resolved in the courts of Iowa under the internal laws of the state of Iowa (and not its conflicts of laws principles).
