PEAK PERFORMANCE LONGEVITY MASTERMIND (PPLM) AGREEMENT
Please read to the very bottom of this contract, and then enter your details and use your mouse for your e-Signature.This Agreement is made today between the Signatory and High Performance Pro Consulting and Coaching, LLC (HPPro LLC) (“Service Provider”).HPPro LLC aims to provide the Client with the Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind program.
1.1The Service Provider, HPPro LLC, commits to delivering the services enumerated herein this contract. There may be areas of collaboration for which the Client understands the work that is expected to come from his/her own time and efforts are needed to be able to produce the output s/he desires.1.2The Client must understand that ALL the Terms and Conditions written in the agreements in this contract stand true and binding and must be read and fully understood upon the Client’s signing of the agreement.
2.1The client is expected to act with a level of respect to his/her fellow mastermind members and program coaches and leaders (collectively, the “team.”)2.2If the client repetitively shows a lack of respect to his/her team, s/he will be given a written warning.2.3Should the client continue to show a lack of respect for his/her team after the warning, a request will be made for the client to leave Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind.If this happens, the client will be issued a pro-rated refund; however, s/he will be able to keep all materials issued to him/her over the course of the program.2.4Both parties agree that should either party intentionally or maliciously cause severe damage to the other, this contract may be terminated at any point.
3.1This agreement is formed between HPPro LLC and you, now referred to as “the client”.

You agree to become a client and agree to these terms immediately upon either of the following actions:5.1By paying an invoice issued by HPPro LLC for any of our products.5.2By logging into our learning center, speaking to any of our coaches and receiving any information from us that was not already made public.5.3If you were a client under old terms of business, by taking the actions laid out under this agreement, you automatically agree to the terms of this agreement.5.4By signing this agreement.
6.1 High Performance Brain PRO IncludedThe Client is getting High Performance Brain PRO online training free along with their participation in PPLM.What’s in High Performance Brain PRO (HPBPro):• 12 recorded live-delivered presentations by Dr. Nancy Lonsdorfon key factors to promote brain health and optimal cognitive performance6.2 Launch Marketing Accelerator (LMA) Included With PPLMThe Client is getting Launch Marketing Accelerator (LMA) free along with their participation in PPLM (Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind).Here’s what’s in LMA:• Identifying your JVs and crafting the outreach campaign• Outreach & lead management• Continuous Pipeline filling• JV Tracking• Technical Stack monitoring• Funnel Optimization• Event Funnel Set Up• Event Funnel Stress Testing• One-on-One Coach
Below is the full breakdown of the Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind Program.Anything not included in this breakdown is not under the obligation of HPPro LLC to provide and will only be provided under the discretion of HPPro LLC.

8.1We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if within 3 months we fail to deliver all components outlined in the “guaranteed outcomes” section in Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind.8.2The client agrees to waive and relinquish any and all options and rights to claim a prorated refund or hold the company liable in the event of ANY of the following:(a)If you have not been a part of Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind for a mandatory period of 3 months and if you can’t prove that you have gone through all the modules.(b)If you have started the program at a later date after paying for it or paid a deposit and decided not to continue.(c)If you mention any name related to the company outside of our communication channels without our written permission.(d)You have missed any sessions of Group Check-ins and Full Day Intensive.(e)Refund eligibility requires that all action steps decided upon and agreed to during each Laser Coaching Support session have been fully acted upon by the client.If any agreed-upon actions remain incomplete, the client forfeits the right to a refund.8.3A completed “Refund Request Declaration” is required, providing confirmation and authority for HPPro LLC to verify that all refund requirements were met.8.4Refund requests will be reviewed through the following process:1. Review of whether you have been through the whole program (verified through the internal tracking system).2. Verification that you have gone through all content between the date of joining and refund request.3. Review of your 3-month history with Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind to ensure full and proper implementation of the system.
9.1The Client has been issued The Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind Program on the payment terms outlined in his/her invoice, adding up to $50,000 USD.9.2As part of the promotional incentive offered, the Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind program will be made available to you in the amount stated on the invoice.9.3The invoice will determine the exact final payment amount. All sales are final.9.4The refund of the deposit is under the discretion of HPPro LLC. Any other deposits made are final.9.5Payments will be processed by Coach Foundation LLC.9.6The signatory agrees for Coach Foundation LLC to take payment at the time that the signatory agrees to become part of Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind, whether verbal or written, even if before the contract is signed.
10.1As a company that helps coaches build their business, we must state:• The past is not necessarily a guide to future performance.• The number of clients our systems generate can go down as well as up.• “HPPro LLC” and “Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind” are unregulated products.10.2All information provided is general and not intended for reliance in making business decisions. Independent advice should be obtained.
11.1All interactions with this organization are solely with and on behalf of HPPro LLC.11.2We collect various types of consumer information including:• domain names• emails provided• pages visited• survey and registration information11.3Collected data may be used for:• improving website content• notifying consumers about updates• internal operations• marketing• legal compliance• preventing misuse11.4We use cookies for:• storing visitor preferences• recording session information• tracking past activity11.5Clients may request removal from marketing lists by writing to us or unsubscribing.11.6Customer information may be used for new purposes; if practices change, clients will be notified and given an opportunity to opt out.11.7Clients may request access to all information we maintain about them.11.8Sensitive information (financial or health) is transferred through secure servers.11.9All communications with HPPro LLC representatives may be recorded without notice.Signing this agreement acknowledges and accepts this.
12.1We are letting you into our highest, most secretive coaching business strategies.12.2The Signatory must NOT:• disclose strategies, methods, or services• record meetings• distribute recordings• share login information• allow others access to logins12.3If the Signatory publishes confidential information or recreates strategies using their own brand, HPPro LLC reserves the right to pursue losses and damages.12.4HPPro LLC will not disclose client information to anyone not necessary for service delivery.
13.1The strategies provided are for your use only. You must not resell or share them.13.2You may share results, but not the process.13.3Written permission must be obtained before reusing strategies in future projects.13.4Reviews must NOT contain names of HPPro LLC representatives without prior written permission.(Referencing HPPro LLC or program names such as Peak Performance Longevity Mastermind is allowed.)13.5If the signatory breaches this agreement, HPPro LLC may terminate the contract with no grounds for refunds.
14.1HPPro LLC may change these Terms at any time and will notify clients.14.2Software updates may be required; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.14.3Features may be changed, removed, or discontinued with no obligation to offer replacements except as required by law.14.4Program pricing may be updated for future innovations; sufficient notice will be given.14.5Support for outdated products may cease; ample notice will be provided.
15.1HPPro LLC will hold your credit card details to continue taking agreed payments.
16.1Any meetings, including one-on-one and group calls, may be changed or canceled in an emergency.HPPro LLC will give as much notice as possible.
17.1All representations made by executives, staff, consultants, and partners of HPPro LLC are deemed to be made by HPPro LLC.17.2No individual staff member, agent, partner, or representative may be held personally liable.17.3All contractual obligations lie solely with HPPro LLC.17.4Client agrees to indemnify any staff or representatives in case of any claim.
18.1Upon becoming a client, you declare that this is not a decision made under duress.18.2This contract becomes binding upon receipt of your payment.
