The Bliss Reset Online Course (BROC) is an educational program for my information and learning only and is designed for people who are seeking to optimize well-being in their lives.

I will not become a patient of Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf as a result of this program. No doctor-patient relationship is implied or created by my participation in this program.

I represent that I am fully responsible for my own life and decisions and accept full responsibility for such decisions, including decisions regarding any issues discussed in the Course.

I also understand that results may vary as a result of participation in The Course, and no specific results are promised or guaranteed.*

This Course is private. The Instructor and any guests agree to keep all information strictly confidential, except in those situations where such confidentiality would violate the law and in the case of webinars as described in the paragraph below.

I agree that any material I submit to the coaches regarding my issues, goals and any associated information I provide, as well as the coaches’ highly personal insights and interpretation of my issues, and my voice and the content of what I say should I choose to speak live during the Course may all be used during the LIVE online sessions and in subsequent use of the recording, on a no-name basis, unless I provide written consent for my identity to be disclosed.*

I hereby acknowledge that no claims or guarantees have been made to me in any way in connection with the Course regarding achieving any specific goals, objectives, benefits or improvements in my life or health condition.*

Data of any surveys or narrative report of the benefits I receive from the consultation may be used in research or promotional materials, but that my name will not be used without my consent and any identifying information will be sufficiently altered or removed.

I take full responsibility for all consequences, including but not limited to, physical, medical and psychological, of my participation in this educational program. I understand that submitting my personal homework or other sharing is not necessary for my participation in this educational program.

Dr. Lonsdorf has not examined me or made any recommendations based on my particular condition. As a result, Dr. Lonsdorf is not prescribing or recommending that I take any supplements, herbs, foods, or spices, or make any dietary changes or other lifestyle modifications mentioned in this program and any recommendations are for general educational purposes only.

The Course is not therapy, counseling, advice-giving, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse. In these sessions, the instructor, Dr. Lonsdorf who is a licensed medical doctor, and any special guests, are not functioning as licensed health professionals, and the course is not intended as a replacement for counseling, psychiatric interventions, treatment for a health or mental condition, professional medical advice, financial counsel, legal counsel, or other professional services.

If I am taking medication for mental or emotional health, I agree to discuss the appropriateness of this program with my therapist or prescribing doctor before participating, and not to make changes in my treatment with them without consulting them.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, themaximum liability of dr. Lonsdorf arising out of or relating to the program and Dr. Lonsdorf’s recommendations is payment of an amount equal to two times (200 % of) the program fee.

I understand this program carries a 30-day money-back guarantee (minus a 5% credit card processing fee) from the date that I register and purchase it. Refunds will be processed through the same method as payment was made unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the program will be resolved in the courts of Iowa under the internal laws of the state of Iowa (and not its conflicts of laws principles).

PROPRIETARY MATERIALS AGREEMENT

I understand that all materials, concepts, and information (collectively “Materials”) presented by the Instructor and any special guests during this Course, either orally or in writing, are the proprietary intellectual property of HighPerformancePRO Consulting and Coaching LLC (“HPPCC”) and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. I acknowledge that the Materials constitute commercially valuable, proprietary, confidential property of HPPCC, the design and development of which required the investment of substantial effort, time, and money.

All rights in the program and the Materials are expressly reserved by HPPCC. I agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, and not to distribute, lend, or otherwise transfer, the Materials without the prior written permission of HPPCC.

I agree not to use the Materials in any way that would compromise the confidential and proprietary nature of the Materials.

I understand that the Materials presented by HPPCC in this program are intended solely for use in the program.

I understand that while I am free to use the Materials for my own personal use, and free to tell others about the benefits I realized from the program, I agree not to resell, reproduce and sell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell the Materials. I agree that

I will not use the Materials for any purpose other than my own personal use except with the prior written permission of HPPCC. I agree not to deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, or anything derived from the Materials, either orally or in writing, as part of any seminar, training program, workshop, consulting, or similar business activity which I make available to my clients or to others, except with the prior written permission of HPPCC.

I agree that this Agreement supersedes any prior agreements I may have regarding the use of the Materials and that, if necessary, I will again obtain HPPCC’s written permission before using any materials which I may have obtained permission to use in the past.
