I understand and agree that:

My Ageless Brain 2023, Online Course (MAB2023) is an educational program for my information and learning only.
I understand that all materials and knowledge, including audios, videos and written materials are copyrighted by Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf and may not be reproduced, replayed (outside of my private viewing) or distributed without the written consent of Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf.
I will not become a patient of Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf as a result of this program. No doctor-patient relationship is implied or created by my participation in this program. This course is not a replacement for medical advice I receive from my health care provider.
Undergoing any medical testing described in this program is my personal choice and responsibility and not a prescription by Dr. Lonsdorf. I take full responsibility for all consequences, including but not limited to, physical, medical and psychological, of any testing that I undergo arising out of or relating to this program. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the program will be resolved in the courts of Iowa under the internal laws of the state of Iowa (and not its conflicts of laws principles).
